• To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Applicable sales tax will be applied at check-out.
• Online orders are for Local Floral Specials/Local Valentine Specials ONLY.
• Substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and color effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or vases may be necessary due to increased demand during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
• We use Paypal as our payment gateway, you can choose to use either your credit card for your payments OR if you have a Paypal account you can sign in and use your Paypal account to make your payment.
• If you are placing an order for beyond our local delivery area please use our FTD link located at the top of the page or call us at 1-800-679-2300.
• We request the sender's telephone number on all orders. In the event of a problem with the order, this provides us with a method by which we may contact the sender, and resolve the issue quickly.
• Deliveries are limited to street addresses. We cannot process orders requesting delivery to a P.O. box number.
